How should I store my Nooms?

Accepted Answer

Please place our box of Nooms in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. Following this step to firm up the Nooms, they can be moved to refrigerator and enjoyed for around 45 days or can stay in freezer for around 90 days. 
We recommend not to store at room temperature.

How long does the shipping take?

We use USPS Priority Express Shipping and typically takes 2-3 business days.

Can I gift a box of Nooms to someone?

YES! We think our Nooms make for an excellent gift! We do offer custom gift messages to be included with the package.

We are open to making some changes based on your dietery requirements, but please note that the final decision will be up to our discretion if it is possible to incorporate the requests or not and we will inform our decision to you in a timely manner.

Do you have any nut-free products?

Unfortunately, all our products on inventory include nuts. However, they can be customized to make nut-free.
